Whether in-person or online, we're here for you.
Resilient Transitions, LLC provides counseling services designed to support children, teens, and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, and other life stressors. Our mission is to offer a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your story, gain practical tools, and move toward greater resilience and hope. We believe that every person’s journey is unique, and we work collaboratively with you to identify goals, build on strengths, and create meaningful change in your life.
At Resilient Transitions, LLC, we understand that change- whether expected or unexpected- can feel overwhelming, confusing, or isolating. Our practice was created to walk alongside you in those seasons and to help you find clarity, healing, and a renewed sense of purpose. We draw from evidence-based approaches and a person-centered, trauma-informed perspective, tailoring therapy to your needs, values, and readiness for change.
Our therapists are licensed mental health professionals committed to high standards of ethics, ongoing training, and culturally responsive care. We strive to provide an environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to make choices that align with your goals and priorities.
Resilient Transitions, LLC offers outpatient counseling services for children, adolescents, and adults dealing with concerns such as anxiety, depression, mood changes, life transitions, trauma, grief and loss, family or relationship stress, and general life stressors. Services may include individual therapy, family therapy, couples therapy and referrals to community resources when additional support is needed.
Sessions are collaborative and goal-focused, integrating coping skills, emotional regulation strategies, and insight-oriented work to address both current challenges and patterns that may be getting in the way of the life you want to live. We currently provide services by appointment only; availability may vary by provider.
Your experience, values, and priorities guide the work we do together at Resilient Transitions, LLC. We recognize that reaching out for help can feel vulnerable, and we honor that step by creating a space that is warm, respectful, and grounded in professional boundaries. You are invited to move at a pace that feels manageable, and you will be included in all decisions about your treatment plan, goals, and next steps.
We welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and strive to offer affirming care regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, or family structure. When needed, we collaborate—with your written consent—with other providers (such as physicians or school staff) to support a more coordinated approach to your care.
